Returns and Exchanges

All our products are produced at the time of your order. Due to this made-to-order manufacturing process for all our products, we are unable to accept exchanges or process refunds for wrong sizes, colors or styles at this time. Please check our size guides carefully before you purchase.

With our made-to-order manufacturing process we can keep cost and stock waste as low as possible and we don’t have overproduction. 

Faulty item returns

If an item is faulty or an error is made on our part, we are so sorry and will take corrective action at no cost to you. Please email us at return@atelierdark.com within 1 week of the estimated delivery date with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Examples of faulty or damaged items include unraveled seams, holes, or printing errors within a graphic. These issues must be present before being washed. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned products that have been laundered.
